During the summer season, Coast Guard Beach transforms into a prime swimming destination. From mid-June to Labor Day, parking at the closest beach parking lot is restricted to Eastham residents and vehicles displaying handicap placards. To facilitate access, the primary public parking area is located at Little Creek, just a short distance west of the beach. Here, a convenient shuttle service whisks passengers to the beach, ensuring that visitors can enjoy their beach day without hassle. Walking is also allowed from the satellite parking area. Seasonal restrooms and a wheelchair-accessible ramp enhance the overall beach experience.

Managed by the National Park Service, Coast Guard Beach offers daily and seasonal parking passes for purchase during the summer months when fees are collected. This system helps maintain the beach's pristine condition and accessibility for all. There is a seasonal pass which allows acccess to all Cape Cod National Seashore Beaches and it is a great deal at $60.

The charm of Coast Guard Beach extends beyond its sandy shores. Perched atop the dunes overlooking the beach, you'll find an old Coast Guard Lifesaving Station. Here, visitors can access restrooms, changing rooms, and water fountains, providing comfort and convenience throughout the day. There is a 50 car parking lot located next to the Coast Guard Station close to the beach. During the summer months, this parking lot is reserved for Eastham residents and vehicles displaying handicap placards. There is a large parking lot at Little Creek which is just a short distance from the beach. Shuttles take beachgoers from the parking lot to the beach. In the off-season, parking lots are free and open to all.
