Description
Granville Gorge is a wonderful natural spot located just off Granville Road in Southwick, Massachusetts. The gorge is located in a small park that consists of about 6 acres and a short trail system. It is a great place to escape and reconnect with nature. The highlight of the park is getting to enjoy the gorge and the small cascades. There are multiple small waterfalls in the gorge which are all 5 feet and under. Although the waterfalls are not massive, they are each lovely in their own way. One great benefit of the gorge is it being powered by the Munn Brook. This brook flows well year-round, making Granville Gorge a great place to visit any day of the year.
Granville Gorge is a wonderful place for any explorers whether you are looking to do some hiking or take photos. It is also popular among people looking to beat the heat in the summer. Dogs are often brought to the gorge to splash around in the water and get some exercise.
