This 6.1-mile trail presents hikers with an elevation gain of just over 2,000 feet and is rated as a challenging hike. On average, it takes about four hours to complete. The area is a favored destination for hiking, snowshoeing, and running, so you can expect to encounter fellow outdoor enthusiasts along the way. The best times to explore this trail are from April through September. Dogs are welcome but must be leashed, and it's essential to adhere to Leave No Trace principles while hiking to preserve the natural environment.
