About This Location

Marshfield Falls is a stunning large waterfall located in Marshfield, Vermont. The waterfall drops 100 feet and can be found along Marshfield Brook. This brook is pretty seasonal and typically flows strongest during the spring when the snow thaw occurs. For this reason, it is best to visit the waterfall during the months of April, May, and June to see the falls roaring. That said, the waterfall is a nice location to visit any day of the year.

Accessing the waterfall is relatively super easy. The waterfall is located just off Lower Depot Road in Marshfield. In fact, the waterfall can be seen right from the road. For visitors hoping to get a closer look, there is town-owned land around the base of the falls. This allows explorers to enjoy the beautiful lower section of the falls which is about 40 feet tall. A portion of the upper section of the waterfall can be seen from the concrete road bridge.
