Millstone Trails

Description

The Millstone Trails Association is a non-profit that manages the Millstone Trails, a network of non-motorized recreational trails in Central Vermont. The trails wind their way across 1,500 acres of varied and spectacular terrain, passing through historic quarries, New England communities, and regenerating woodlands. Visitors who use the trails for walking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, photography, history, or simply taking in the view are welcome to give a tax-deductible donation.

The Millstone Trails are kept open thanks to donations and mountain biking day passes. 100% of these funds received each year are used for trail maintenance. Many materials and tools are needed for upkeep and trail grooming in the winter. Funds are also needed for the administrative costs associated with running a public recreation area.
