Mossy Glen is a beautiful waterfall located in Randolph, New Hampshire. The waterfall has a total height of 40 feet and can be found along Carlton Brook. Carlton Brook is pretty seasonal, so it is best to visit the waterfall during the fall when the snow is melting and fueling the brook. Many visitors seek out the falls during the months of March, April, and May to see them at full force. That said, Mossy Glen is a wonderful location to visit year-round. It is also just a few feet from the iconic Nepalese Bridge.

The waterfall itself drops in a unique formation consisting of cascades and slides. It drops over a beautiful sloping rock face.  

Accessing the waterfall is relatively quick and easy. The waterfall is located in the Randolph Community Forest which features a well-marked trail system. Although the falls are just a short distance from Moss Glen Way, there is no parking available on this road. It is best to park at the Bee Line Trailhead along Durand Road and then hike 0.60 miles to the falls. The waterfall trail is family-friendly and dog-friendly too! Ultimately, the hike out and back is just under 1.2 miles and features just 144 feet of elevation gain.

The closest parking area to the waterfall is located at the Randolph Town Haill. Another great The best parking area is at the Ledge Trail Trailhead lot just off Durand Road.
