Nauset Beach

Description

Nauset Beach is a beautiful sandy beach in Orleans, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. The beach boasts miles of beautiful white sand and endless views of the Atlantic Ocean. Due to its location on the outer coast of Cape Cod, the beach often has large waves. In the summer, the surf is more gentle and the beach does have amenities such as food trucks, restrooms, parking attendants, and lifeguards. Seals, and even whales, can often be seen from the beach. If you visit during the off-season you will find beach walkers, dogs playing, surfers, and more!

Nauset Beach is one of the best spots on Cape Cod to photograph waves, seals, and beachgoers. The beach has spectacular sunrises and sunsets too. If you do get an oversand pass, you can drive on the Nauset Over Sand Vehicle Beach and get some of the greatest views without many people around.
