Rockland Harbor

Description

Rockland Harbor is a prominent boating area in Knox County, Maine, on the west side of Penobscot Bay. Rockland Harbor is shielded by a roughly mile-long granite breakwater which has a lighthouse at its end. The harbor is often considered one of the best maritime and recreational boating ports on the East Coast.

Don’t miss out on seeing the Rockland Harbor Breakwater Lighthouse in the same town. Additionally, you can find many more great spots in Maine to explore by checking out the GoXplr Maine Map at goxplr.com/map/maine.
