Sacketts Brook Falls

Description

Sacketts Brook Falls is a beautiful and very accessible waterfall located in Putney, Vermont. The waterfall has a total height of 10 feet via a series of lovely cascades. It can be found along its namesake brook, Sacketts Brook. This brook features solid water flow year-round, but the watershed often peaks during the spring when the snow thaw occurs. That said, the falls are so accessible that they are a joy to visit any day of the year.

Accessing the waterfall is super easy. The waterfall is located in the Sacketts Brook Conservation Site which features a short and well-maintained trail. There is a small parking area for the conservation site which can hold about 1 car. This parking area can be found along Mill Street. After parking, the waterfall is just about 100 feet away. The trail is kid-friendly and dog-friendly too. Ultimately, this is a wonderful location for any waterfall lover!
