Tucker Brook Falls

Description

Tucker Brook Falls is a gorgeous waterfall located in Milford, New Hampshire. The waterfall has a total height of nearly 15 feet and can be found along Tucker Brook. The brook flows strongest during spring when the snow melts and after heavy rainstorms. Considering the water flow is often most significant in the spring, the months of March, April, and May are recommended for visitors. That said, Tucker Brook Falls is a great spot to visit year-round. The waterfall itself drops in a captivating horsetail formation.

Accessing the waterfall is super simple and easy. The waterfall is located in the Tucker Brook Town Forest which features a well-marked trail system. Visitors can park in the forest parking area along Savage Road and then hike a quarter mile to the falls. The waterfall trail is family-friendly and a great route to get some hiking in. Dogs are also allowed on the route and at the falls. Ultimately, the hike out and back is 0.50 miles and features only 52 feet of elevation gain.
