Upper Mill Brook Falls

Description

Upper Mill Brook Falls is a captivating waterfall and awesome swimming hole located in Danby, Vermont. The waterfall drops about 10 feet in total and it can be found along Mill Brook. Mill Brook features pretty solid water flow year-round, but it often flows strongest during spring when the snow melts. For this reason, the months of May and June are recommended for visitors hoping to see the falls roaring. That said, Upper Mill Brook Falls is a great spot to visit year-round.

The waterfall itself drops in a unique block formation. At the base of the falls is a huge round pool. This pool is deep and often clear enough for swimming in. On warm summer days, locals often flock to the waterfall to enjoy its swimming hole.
