Description
The Weller Windmill is a beautiful windmill that can be found at 146 Shore Road in Chatham, Massachusetts. It is perched on the shores of the lovely Chatham Harbor. The windmill is believed to have been built in the early 1800s to process grain. It was masterfully restored from 2006 to 2008. The property consisting of the windmill and a residential home was awarded the Chatham Preservation Award in 2009. The windmill is not open to the public, but it can be viewed from Shore Road.

- Parking Notes: There is no official parking for the Weller Windmill considering it is located on private property. It is best to park on Main Street in Chatham and then walk down Chatham Bars Ave to Shore Road. The walk from Main Street to the windmill is about half a mile. The majority of parking is free throughout the town of Chatham.
