Tama Fall is a wonderful waterfall located in Randolph, New Hampshire. The waterfall drops about 35 feet and can be found along Snyder Brook. Snyder Brook is a somewhat seasonal brook that often flows strongest during the spring when the snow melts. Considering the water flow is often most excellent during the spring, the months of March, April, and May are recommended for visitors hoping to see the waterfall roaring. That said, Tama Fall is a great spot to visit year-round. The waterfall itself drops in a unique formation consisting of horsetails and cascades.

Accessing the waterfall is relatively easy. The waterfall is located in the White Mountain National Forest which features an extensive and well-marked trail system. Visitors can park at the Appalachia Trailhead Parking Lot along US Route 2 and then hike 0.7 miles to the falls. The waterfall trail is family-friendly and a great route to get some hiking in. Dogs are also allowed on the route. Ultimately, the hike out and back to the waterfall is 1.4 miles and features just 259 feet of elevation gain.

Along the trail up to the waterfall, be sure to stop to admire Gordon Fall and Salroc Fall too!

Visitors of the falls can park at the Appalachia Trailhead Parking Lot located along Gorham Hill Road in Randolph, New Hampshire. Gorham Hill Road is also known as US Route 2. This parking area has direct access to the Fallsway Trail.
